Am so happy about this, looks like a x-men TV series is heading to television . This means that the it will join the likes of agent of shield and daredevil because Marvel line of TV series is not as compelling as DC.
Fox network co-chairman confirmed Dana Walden confirmed today to reporters at the TCA(Television Critics Association) as reported by TV line.
“We’re in negotiations with Marvel,”
We’re hopeful that we’ll be able to announce something soon. It’s something we’re definitely pursuing.”
She also confirmed that it will be a long running series compared to most limited series.
When asked if this will have any potential conflict with Marvel, Warden clarified :
“The characters from the X-Men franchise are with Fox on the feature [films] side, so we won’t be including Marvel charcters that are at ABC with Disney.”
